As usual, Kenyans only know how to buy and re-sell. They can’t produce anything. Buy land kata kata and sell. Rent apartments and put them up as AirBnbs, rent office space sub-divide and re-rent. Watt bure sana.

Hapa huwezi kosa tenants. looks like the property has been sold on vacant possession. I will not be surprised to see it demolished for a ‘50storey’ building

It was not sold, it was leased. No one has enough cash to buy at the outrageous prices currently asked for CBD propoerties
