It takes years of disciplined dieting and consistent lifting to get big muscles. You can accelerate the process to months using steroids but it’s not recommended for a beginner. 5x5 stronglifts is a good place to start.

This is also very important, dont forget your cardio as you train.Cardio ensures that you develope strong heart muscles that will enable your heart to pump blood to the extra body/muscle mass that has been built by lifting weights.It will serve you very well as you age to your 40s and beyond.Infact when you reach your 40s and 50s and beyond the only thing that will betray your age will be silver hair.Otherwise you will be so fit you will be dinyaing these girls than a typical 25yeat old man who doesn’t work out.Good luck.
