This is specially targeted to the Batchelors…(junior and senior) who like me enjoy Chapatis but couldn`t be asked to spend 20 minutes in the kitchen in our Man-caves.
Is there any product like this on Kenyan Supermarket shelves and judging by the long shelf life,i think anyone that can do good chapos and that can invest in the Packaging machine should do good bizna with the big supermarkets.
Just an idea that occured to me tpday!
Hizi chapo they come to life after just 2 minutes in the Microwave and they are just like the real thing!

we have frozen chapos in supermarkets since time in memorial
Hadi frozen samosas ziko lakini siwesi nunua.Fresh chapatis are easily available.
That biz will guarantee a 100% loss. The targeted market would rather buy hot food than frozen stuff to heat.

This works well majuu because of the busy lifestyle and labor cost. Hapa Kenya the target client is too sensitive to cost. Most would rather cook at home.
I usually buy ready chapos at the local restaurant and make my own stew at home kupika chapo ni kazi mob
