Deforestation, reforestation and it’s effects are not measured in 90 day increments. You’re one of those saying mvua hutoka kwa mawingu hapana miti. Trees take decades to mature unlike your backyard tomatoes which is probably your reference point.
Should have been 5 years at the minimum.
3 months is a joke and obviously it’s a political decision which solves nothing.
Permanent stringent measures are highly recommended. The government really need to campaign vigorously to promote tree planting. There was a time local councils used to offer free tree seedlings for people to go and plant.
I have benefited from this program.This program should be revived.
