Broadly thinking, this is alcohol in cash terms you saved. Now find a house, strategically located and sell it to your friends who take. @Female Perspective will serve your clients best and @uwesmake visiting your danguros weekly. When out of stock, restock and resell. This way, you’ll be earning passively from money that otherwise ungekuwa uliikojoa
My ideas aren’t welcome for risk averse individuals. However, should I have misjudged you, feel free to correct me.
Passive ndio gani sasa? Weka kwa bonds

I read somewhere today that the mkokoteni business in Nairobi is a multi million one and is controlled by about 50 men who are millionaires.
Ponder that.
WEKA BASEE YA KEG NA MAKALI…

@Alchemist I like dryfry due to the risk element. Tell me your ideas.
Most people who commented have no ideas what passive investments mean. I will advise you the same thing I am planning on doing, and what I do. For me, two passive investments that work just fine are land and shares. You can dough up and buy shares immediately after elections (do your research well), or you can start searching for land immediately. Good luck mate
You’ve had money lying idle in your bank for 10 years?
That tells me immediately you’re not a risk taker. Even after listening to the advises you’ll be given, you’ll still end up making a traditionally ‘safe’ investment like a piece of land.
But if you are willing to listen, I would advice you to put in some of the money, like 100k in cryptocurrency. Buy Bitcoin or Ethereum and wait.
They are going up like crazy.
For example, if you had bought 100k worth of Ethereum at the beginning of this year, you would now have Sh4 million.
How do you buy ethereum while in Kenya…that is the catch…bitcoin anaweza nunua but ethereum how??
Once you’ve figured out how to buy Bitcoin, it’s just a matter of exchanging it for any other crypto.
