The US does not have a national exam but there is an aptitude test that is called SAT that seniors (Form Fours) do so that they can use it to apply to universities. Two things are clear.

1. The national average isn’t that bad, atleast everyone passes

2. Blecks have exactly 0.00% in the top 1%

Point of order my friend:

1. we start SAT mapema…I see kids start at 7 , my daughter is in 3rd grade and take SAT every end of school year courtesy of the school. By the
   time they are in high school they get high or perfect scores .

2. Blacks are in the top 1% , think you have been watching too much Boyz N the Hood. I am an old cow and I had 1360/1600. I have met blacks who hit perfect scores even in the new SAT. The problem with nyeuthis is that they don’t prepare long time for the serious things in life and wait till last minute then claim they are being discriminated . Out high schools teach us how to clam and not understand facts , and that’s why we can’t create our own Industrial Revolution.
