Economists in the house pray tell how 6B KSH in HARD CURRENCY USD gets in through one weekend event with 57 WRC approved cars/entrants including local ones
Uhuru nî muguruki wa icere
waiting…
Kumi fresh
Can’t see how that would happen. This country is kinda lame and I think such scripts are crafted to blind/give hope to ‘complaining citizens.’ Hence why such comments are standard… ‘if the president said 2B is lost daily, it means 6Bn meant for the benefit of the country would dissapear within 3 days.’ I’m wondering if the consolation is that such monies would be ‘absorbed into the economy.’
Owning apartments ‘in Kilimani’ na kuitisha rents ndio itafanya mtu a survive in this country… Better work on being a landlord before you cease existing… accept mambo ni hivyo.
Fully booked hotels and airbnb.
Booming malaya bizness.
Safari rally sponsorship.
A lot of alcohol will be sold in Naivasha.
A lot of food will be sold.
Petrol stations will sell more fuel.
A lot of people have landed a weekend gig cuz of the rally.
But I still find it hard that 55 million will be injected into the economy cuz of safari rally.
labda walitoanishwa import fees wakileta magari zao na pia wakirudisha penye wataenda next
Just picture yourself running the event.
You bypassed quite a few items: When those rally cars arrived, didn’t they pay clearing fees at the ports. Rental charges for the rally facilities. I assume they will hire some police officers and private security for a few days. Event staff charges. Charges for daily consumables for staff-food,water……+++

Have the perspective of billions being in play, not millions.[/QUOTE]
Uhunye should have waived the curfew on the counties involved to maximise on returns. but 6 billion ni uwongo and Uhuru bringing the rally to kenya must have cost the mwananchi a billion minimum
Ati clearance. You are daft. These international sports Federation usually exempt themselves from these local legal hurdles, which is how you get to host their events in the first place
upuuuus
colonial mentality!
So you think equipment will be unloaded from shipping containers for free- using free labor and facilities. How ingenious you are.
