No clearly hapa Carrefour has the best deal. Watu hudhani Carrefour ni expense but came to find they are not with the best service & order..quality variety of stock too.
Juzi kulikuwa na sales ya cans za whitecap at 179bob per can while Quickmart was at 250 per can. Carrefour sio mbaya btw

Hiyo mafuta mnakulanga ni takataka. You should start using beef tallow, avocado oil, coconut oil or olive oil. Hizi seed oil za vibuyu za yellow zinaharibu roho na kidney.
