Who knows where I can Find a LTE mifi modem that supports all basebands? ie faiba, telkom and saf> Currently, faiba mifi modem only supports band 28 700mhz.

Which exact model? As there are many of Huawei models on Jumia as well. Some are retailing at 6.6K. However, they have not outlined the product specs!
