Alafu hardware wanatumia ya Safaricom, which means akuna infrastructure mpya wata-deploy. And the whole thing is just records, nothing more.
System kaa hiyo inafaa kuwa na functionalities kali sana na iwe inacapture hadi private sector such that uko na full picture ya health status ya the whole country. Ata clinic za pale mtaa zilifaa kuwa included. That way hakuna ata haja ya monitoring units kama hii wanaweka vile system inatoa alerts everytime some unusual trend is detected.
If we had done it right, ingesaidia extent kubwa sana.

This is so silly. Wouldn’t it make more sense to provide each county with needs specific to Their situation. How is one car with one driver and one person supposed to drive around an entire county to monitor disease.
The more realistic method is to work with hospitals to establish a reporting system where data is collected and sent to a reporting base. They would have been better served buying starlink connectors to transmit data for small remote health facilities.
Another eating project. This is so stupid.
It’s not like we are operating in a vacuum. We have real world examples of how these systems work
