foolishness. if you want to stay in a gated community you better rent. you buy a house in a gated community, 10 years later maneighbours wameishiwa na pesa na watoi wao teenagers wanafanya “gated community” inakua tu like any other peasant estate. land in gated community also never appreciates above inflation rates coz its hard kuwe na change of user from this to that. izi vitu watu hawazijui.
