Britain hawatambui connection
Mtu yyote yule angefail
Hata gachui akiingia TOEFEL exam bila preparation ana fail.
How the fuk do you fail that shyte. I once took that test, I arrived about 20min late n I still passed …infact I finished before time n left other nuccas there. It’s easy no fuk.
Ukienda mashule kama ndumboini primary… English will forever be elusive.
The test was ESL test without prior preparations.
You don’t need preparation … it’s pretty basic.
S
Still boggles my mind. Kwani how do the Asians make it & English isn’t their first language? Smh
Hiyo english proficiency test also involved communicating with a typical patient from rural england and you had to understand 100% what the patient was saying and the patient had to also understand 100% what the kenyan was saying. What most kenyans do not know is that many wazungu dont understand our strange kenyan english and accent.
Don’t be soo quick to also be carried by the wave. The nurses aren’t as dupe as it’s being purpoted
:D:D:D:D:D…Shida ya kutokua na meritocracy kwa selection process ,am sure they each parted with at least 50 k per nurse to get that slot
I like your corrupt mind
Hapa i blame the nurses. Niko sure they did not try to find out how a typical exam is like. Angalau they do revision.
Alafu am sure most of them applied for the job due to desperation (which is expected) so they were pretty surprised when called for a written interview something that they had never done in their careers.
Lastly they had not internalised the fact that they are going to be working in a foreign country where they must speak english 100% of the time when engaging with patients.
We are still being colonized. How did the Cuban doctors find themselves in Kenya? I bet they cant speak Kiswahili. They cant even speak English since Cuba was a Spanish colony and Spanish is their 1st language.
Na hizi accents za UK hukuwa ngumu kuongea banae. Unapata mtu anaongea English na huskii kabisa anasema nini manze. Hata movie zao mi hu watch na subs.
Wewe ndio uko colonised bado.
Every country has a policy on engaging professionals from foreign countries. This is especially in the health sector.
You can blame it on the ministry of health officials for not having a competency exam done by foreigners before getting employed in Kenya. However when you look at how the Cubans were engaged i believe Kenya did not run an advert in Cuba’s equivalent Daily nation advertising vacant position in in Kenya. It was more of a secondment where the Cuban doctors were seconded to Kenya. The number needed was only 101 specialist. Only 53 actually showed up.
In the UK case its clear UK needs 20K nurses. The nurses will have to be employed on merit and must therefore go through a recruitment process.
Our nurses should not despair. There are millions of opportunities in Bidenstan. They are very desperate for nurses.
Nursing was not a career people envied in my days. Lakini saa hii wacha tuu…
Which were your days?
Wacha zako wewe. When you see such numbers, it should raise your eyebrows (if you have any)
Just see the so said questions they failed. It’s a clear lie
