SMH, I thought that probably you’d lost someone/thing that is irreplaceable. Gym??? There are so many options available… You could even use kawaida furniture like your bed or sofa for workouts

Ive been trying this, in vain:D

ama atafute momo.

:D:D:D Yenyewe angling thunder thighs ni kama kufanya kazi ya mjengo

Gym tosha

Gym ni biashara ya upus. Capital intensive na razor thin margins kama airline. They rarely succeed as stand alone businesses. Maybe as part of a hotel, using it as value addition to the main offering. The machines are bloody expensive, require large premises (hence high rent), alafu you’re required to employ lots of people (reception, instructors, cleaning crew etc). Plus cost of maintenance, electricity et al…tricky saidi.

:D:D:D
It all depends on how you use it!!! If you are only using it for sleep or sala sekete then you ain’t going far enough.

Yangu iko tu hapa metres away,I need it more than it needs me and can’t get my shit.together niende.Naona kuna mtu ameniroga mimi

Yangu ilifungwa jan… Never been in such a rough patch. I thought i was weird, i have to agree gym addiction is on another dimension. You never notice or realise you are an addict.

game store Garden City

Enda ngara nyuma ya equity bank ama hiyo street inaconnect racecourse road na Ngara road. There are a lot of second hand gym equipment. I have never asked the price. Alternatively just walk into a supermarket or Nairobi Sports House and buy the weights. A set of 10kg cast iron dumb bells go for approximately Ksh.10,000.

That day you will sign up and manage a month in action,

Depends on how you want it to serve you. I believe most kenyan investors who go for gyms never think beyond gym buildings. They can involve lots of activities like hiking, kayaking, wind surfing etc to be taken by even non members .
I believe health related businesses do well in any country. Look at Golds gym in USA. Hapa kenya gym is not taken serious but just a small business for the day.

Unapenda vya bure sana

Apan tambua gym

I said at times,Nikii !!!

I think it all depends with the location bro. The lower class people do not have money to spend on gyms, they often concentrate on making life easier for them. For you instance, if you target the middle class like in Parklands, you can literally mint lots of money. There is a gym in Parklands, hapo Vally View, i tell you, from my estimation, the gym serves more than 150 people daily. Its always busy as from 5:30 morning to 9:30 usiku. Membership is Kshs. 6k per person.

Weights are for posers. Fanya HIIT &Strength exercises combo for 1hrs each day na utakuwa sawa. Pinkies pia wanapenda some killer abs
