It had already been posted here so i didn’t feel the need to repeat the same. However thank you, maybe those who missed will now see it. The first project was part of anglo-leasing and it never took off despite payment. Jubilee gov restarted the project under Ministry of Interior. Former Police inspector general Kimaiyo is the one who got it up and running. Former C.S Lenku actually pushed its budget allocation in parliament. Credit to them and the current leadership for the supervision as its now almost complete.

This Jubilee gov is on a roll this year, its just getting things done despite all manner of distractions. If they finish this year with a flourish then another record growth will be experienced next year and Jubilee manifesto will be complete.
