Nigeria is worse. Everything you see in Kenya happens there on a grand scale. Try visiting and you will be harassed from the airport. They are looking for “dap”. They will tell you your yellow fever card " is not in order".

Dap ni chai. You have to have a yellow fever card for entry, just like TZ. Lakini pale Lagos International you will be harassed even when you have it. No specified amount. They are just testing you.
