I love this fella! Glad to have voted for him

Seems like you experienced " the change you needed" through Obama…most say they didn’t…

Eh - all politics is local. I want to belive this is true everywhere. But in the states, local politics determine everything from quality of life etc…national politics play a role but direct impact is local. What I mean is, to be perfectly honest, I was just getting out of college and of course there was lots of euphoria around his candidacy…world over, he was loved, and theres no doubt. I was black, I voted for the black man who was beloved, mainstream and was charismatic…I wasn’t looking at policies I was only about 23 or so at the time.

You don’t have to justify yourself. I campaigned for the guy seriously organizing local student caucases to capture their aspirations, foreign students gave their ideas on foreign policy (What so you expect an Obama admin to do to work seamlessly with your govt towards devt.?). I remember a jungu kizee pulled out a gun at us when we went to talk to him about Obama. Some of the ideas were implemwi when he took over, akina David Plouffe were on top of things communicating right to the ground level. We would share an idea or opinion and agee days later Obama would mention it in a rally. I contributed 100usd to the campaign
