http://www.mi-store.co.ke/mi-note-10-lite.html according to their website ni 36k. But check the Mi Stores as well.

Thanks for the info

Hahaha I thought Xiaomi waliruka hizi vibandaski zote ziko kenya zinajiita Mi-Store?.. There was even word on the street of a case in court with one of the operators trying to bully the others to stop using the Mi Store branding…

Mi Store ya the Hub ilifungwa…I think wameona hiyo njaro ya mall ni kuwaste pesa kwa rent coz simu zao zinasonga from small shops.

Xiaomi is not officially in Kenya and no chinese company has ever fought resellers. Enda town upate simu za Oppo, Vivo na Huawei zinauzwa in different stores at different prices.

Xiaomi might officially come to Kenya now that india is fighting Chinese companies.

Those resellers at the hub are chinese and were trying to fight a kenyan reseller so they can monopolise the market. Lakini Kenyans love it when a fellow Kenyan is brought down. Ndio maana unaita duka ya mwafrika kibandaski. Hata Samsung has never fought Samsung resellers hata ukijiita Samsung shop as long as you sell genuine products na ziko na warranty hakuna mtu atafunga. Same for Apple.

Kibandaski ni kibandaski… wacha kutafuta guilt mahali hakuna… ata sikujua mwenyewe ni nani ama the fighter was of non african descent… Infact all along I thought all the bonobos involved were african, except one of them upped his game by fronting chinese workers/spokeswoman at launch…

They are not. Na uwache uwongo. Ebu enda hapo mi.com which the official website of xiaomi itaku-redirect to 小米商城 that’s the Middle East and Africa region. Enda apo chini you click on Authorised dealers utapata Kenya haiko hapo.

Enda Xiaomi India | Smartphone | Tablet | TV - site ya india - for comparison na usiende mobile site. Enda desktop, click on authorised dealers utapata like 20 dealers wa india. Africa hata hakuna.

Most talkers here wamenunua Xiaomi zao kwa hio duka unaita kibandaski. They got a good service and their devices zimewa-serve. I don’t like Xiaomi phones I rant about them all the time. But I respect duka inaoffer genuine service and products especially kama ni ya mwafrika.

This is a heavy phone…there was a time lite versions of phones came with lesser weight. Xiaomi has destroyed that. Very heavy phone. Lakini wewe nunua tu.

why are you so agitated by the word kibandaski?.. hehehe… You seem contenptuous of the real vibanda out here, ama you own one yourself?.. haya I withdraw the word…

They weren’t official dealers that’s why. I think if it were Xiaomi, they would have sought the services of a distributor who would market their phones to phone-stores around town just like oppo, huawei and vivo do. Realme entered the Kenyan market this week and they seem to follow that strategy.

If a brand enters the country directly they’ve got to set an official store and are willing to go into loses for a while as they capture the market. Lg, Sony and Samsung already do that. They’ll also employ top staff in the country. That’s how you market a brand…

Hawa wengine walikuwa wachinku wajanja wenye wamesoma psychology ya bonobo and they know bonobos worship light skinned people. That’s how they attempted to fight an African reseller with the help of our security organs. And apparently many talkers believe they are genuine people. I see them as frauds.

Hakun official Xiaomi outlet in Kenya. The same company you talking about ilianikwa like a year ago for being shady

I always thought those were the official stores. The name, presentation, pricing, locations, everything looked legit. I’ve bought several accessories from those mi stores and they were all legit. Huku nje those same products were mostly fake. Unascan QR code unapata it’s just an image wamestick apo. My friends have been buying their Xiaomis from those stores. All legit.
So when OP asked about an original device, naturally mi stores came to mind. I always thought hao ndio Makarim wa Xiaomi

Izo outlets huwa set up ka za Makarim. I had no idea sio official

Mzee wacha kutusumbua na hii heaviness. Kwani iyo heaviness itahitaji wheelbarrow ibebwe. Whatever works for you doesn’t necessarily work for others save us this crap please
