Nakuru is only good if you are building your own house ya kuishi…rentals na za kuuza utachoma pesa bure

Nakuru is damn cheap. A two bedroom goes for 10K. Na hiyo ni high end. Hassora anaeza pata two bedroom ya 7K.

Nakuru iko county gani?

Missing the point…his target is diasporians who are buying property as holiday homes. Hawataki tenants and they are there in plenty.

Naks is a county…and a city. A great place to invest right NOW…

Oow sorry, I meant countRy

Sorry hapo sijui.

:D:D:D:D:D

Whats there In Nakuru to warrant I build a holiday home? Absolutely nothing. Poor disposable income among villagers Translates to crime, nothing to do from Monday to Friday unless you go to Naivasha. Diaspora hawataki tenants wako watamu ama diani

Isn’t that a liability:confused:

Watamu and Diani are what you would call tourist traps. Going there for holiday would time better spent playing in a sand box with small children.

yep nakuru is a bit slow but growing, a nice town to buy for speculation only.

hapo kwa rentals ni ukweli, sahi kila mtu anajenga tu rentals making rent be very cheap, halafu pia nakuru is very big, land prices can’t be manipulated like nrb . mats pia are very affordable. But it’s a nice town to build a weekend getaway especially with the revamping of the railway line.

Not a project for anyone whose idea of fun is drinking and clubbing. Naks is not a tourist destination. This projects attracts a certain calibre of the moneyed folk.

No it is not a liability. They are not looking to invest in such properties to generate income. Ever heard of v loaded guys with 5 homes across the world which only they use?

The kind of guys you are talking about are in very remote parts of Nakuru that ordinary Kenyans wouldn’t generally want.

Not according to Robert Kiyosaki.

there’s an income level that can shit on robery kiyosaki. anasema hao

Rent ya 3 room house on a quarter acre ni ngapi?
