True , una enda hapo roadside mkamba anaku rudishia poa na ballpoint hammer !

Usipende kununua zile ziko na bei ya kutupa ATI you are trying to save money. You may save money but lose your life

I’m always appalled by kenyans who think replacing OEM wheels (yenye ilikuja na gari kutoka Japan or UK) is a smart idea. The automotive engineers who designed that vehicle are several times smarter than you and that’s why you leave the car stock. If you need bigger or prettier wheels, buy a better car!

ball peen hammer

Iyo ya Toyota ama BMW unapaka rangi yenye inakufaa. Lakini gari za 2020 kuendelea si zinacome na sport rims from manufacturer

Kwa ushago steel rims are better. I had a bro who bought a car not only with alloy rims, but the low profile ones also. Jamaa saw a long day. Zilikua zinacrack kila saa. Ikabidi aweke steel.

Alloy rims from Japan (especially factory ones) will take most potholes and not break that way. Some dent if hit hard. It all boils down to the alloys used and the casting technique. Metallurgy!

Kwani mnanunua gari kupiga kwa mashimo. Drive safe, ajali ni ajali.

Shame on me mtu alifanya metalwork 4 years !

I have had the same alloy rims for 15 years so sijui OP anasema nini. Watu wawachanw na upuss ya China.

Niliwaambia hii stuff some time back. Aftermarket huwa ni crap. Your vehicle was engineered by folks who know what the heck they are doing. Lakini nugu kama @Sambamba thinks that some expensive aftermarket goods from China and Hong Kong are better.

Hata kwa electronics. You don’t trust your tv speakers or audio system you think you can do better withsome nondescript aftermarket speakers. :D:D

Ni kugongwa. Black American hugongwa zaidi. The less said the better. Especially jewellery and pimped rides.

From fake electric sockets, to fake bulbs, fake leaf springs to fake rims.

A pothole shouldn’t make a rim break of like that… Ever ask yourself why lorries never experience these problems.?

It’s always pimped out jalopies with substandard after market accessories like Chrome rims rather than steel ones.

Another thing. Young guys throw out the car radio in favour of an aftermarket sterio.

Now what guys dont know is that hako ka radio ka mbeleni kamepimwa kasikunywe battery wala mafuta. Juu ukinyonya battery pia unanyonya mafuta.

Now when you have the new radio on, it destablizes the car wiring/electrical system completely. The car computer stops getting enough juice or stima.

So you start complaining… hii gari haiendi… I think I need to tune it harder…

Lorries have tyres with massive sidewalls - case in point, super singles.
Lorries are driven at relatively (s)lower speed; being speed governed, carrying fragile cargo or both.

Knock off alloys crack easily.
Genuine alloys bend or get stress fatigue
Steelies will always bend waaay before they crack.
That said, hapa mashinani tunakimbia na steelies with hubcaps zimefungwa na zip ties.

Upusss

Umewahi skia kitu inaitwa load?

Unaendesha kadudu halafu uiweke radio ya nyumba, what do you expect???

Na huyo electrician hata hajui kufanya hesabu ya stima. The computer in the car will give preference to this thirsty radio and kill all other electrical functions.

Unaanza zile za, " I think ni hii petrol station huwa nakunywa. Wameanza tabia mbaya. Gari haisongi bana!"

@Yuletapeli ako na matatu ziko na hewa… his drivers never seem to understand hio issue ya battery drain.
