Between masters in library studies and masters in information technology which is the best way to go?

In IT no one will hire you kwa sababu ukona masters(which is good) but your experience (no of projects) lakini huku ni kenya we have a fetish for papers…im just a programmer what do i know

How about lecturing colleges after graduating with masters, then may be in future I proceed to the next level

kama unataka kuwa lecturer masters ni lazima…btw hiyo masters in library studies haina wengi so there might be more opportunities in that area kwa sababu IT lecturers ni wengi sana…btw walimu wengi wa comp studies seco wakona masters za IT so kuwa aggressive kama utafanya ya IT
Considering library field is not that common in Kenya. Watu kidogo sana waitambu.
