Locally: Techweez (but the quality of their content nowadays seems to be taking a dip).
You might want to browse content outside forums/blogs. For example, most people discount MKZ, yet there’s so much value there; in well-moderated and relevant tech groups. The same goes for Reddit and Discord - join relevant sub-reddits and channels.
