It’s been long time coming, but it’s finally here.
It started with payment delays way back in 2013, slowly by slowly the siblings began to fight and that’s where things started going south. And now here we are:

Lakini ni nini huwa mbaya na sisi? These family members would rather see a business as such go down because of family differences than it excelling.

They’d rather see it go down and all to loose than a family member succeeding. Rarely would you see white, indian and Asian owned family corporation failing like ones run by Africans. Nini hutusumbua jameni…

We Arabs are good

And the saddest thing is hao ni watu wako na advanced degrees, people who have been exposed.

Usisahau Christians ambao wameokoka

Oh yes. They sit at the front at the church every Sunday.

Because the patriarch of the family is the decision maker and can expel any rebellious member

the father sees his sons as his competitors and keeps them away from the business… they say ,kila mtu ajitafutie mali yake … this african wazee ensured that society pampered them and thus made our societies weak for their selfish needs…african wazee are selfish brutes

Mkubwa kuja utufunze ku bake mkate, starting with the needed machinery, how to mix dough and such.
Wachana na akina Mukuha.
I went to school with their kids who were brought in through the backdoor, tuseme hesabu ilikuwaga ngumu kwao,so am not surprised they are bringing their inheritance down.Ngima yumaga mutu-ini that is what we say in ki-Greeekiii

Just look at the way rich Kenyans marry 1 million wives then depart this world without writing a will nkt! we have a long way to get to where the Asians are. The kids are involved in the running of the businesses from a very early age. A kid comes from school, has something to eat and joins the father at the shop. They work v long hrs. My local Tandoori is a family business. A chain of them across London. This family also has 30 residential properties in v prime areas.

These young dudes who are now my friends have their day jobs, one is a lawyer and the one is an accountant. Maze after a long day out there, they have to come and oversee the restaurant until closing time. Bear in mind the restaurant is open 7 days a week. I always ask them ‘are you not tired,’ they are like no…they run around like headless chicken faster than the waiters. V remarkable. The restaurant is v busy and you have to book in advance. Their father is v old now but his businesses are in vv good hands.
