Land Cruiser 300

Didn’t these guys say they were discontinuing the landcruiser?

How can they discontinue their most profitable model?

Expect a gazillion in the presidential motorcade of Kenya’s 5th. Debt be damned!

V6!

We are waiting to buy it

They discontinued it in North America.

they usually throw bits and pieces of disinformation to test whether people want to wholeheartedly move to electric.

After the j70s to the j100s (the vx), cruisers have looked more like a lexus or some latter day rangerover; all curves and plastic and no ruggedness. Chieth. J70s dont come with luxury trim interior anymore so lazima tu mtu anunue hizi takataka.

V6 is good enough for our roads. Where do you test the limits of a V8 on our poorly designed road. It is preposterous to drive a 4.7 litre unarmored vehicle in Nairobi’s maddening traffic don’t you think?

A v8 on a landcruiser is for pulling lightgood trucks out of mudholes out in the wilderness. It is unfortunate that we use these cars on city streets.

yes a V6. but now they have two turbos. something they are saying is new to that engine.

Nice , 24 million shilling is the price pale Toyota Kenya ,mbillionaire s.

Nissan Patrol hoyeeee!

They discontinued this in the USA in favour of the premium version; Lexus LX 570.

The LandCruiser is a basic SUV built with only one thing in mind, Reliability.
Toyota does not fit parts that cannot last at least 25yrs with servicing on the Landcruiser.
They are incredible vehicles that are solid, roomy, incredible off-road. Most notably, they simply do not break down. Tires, brakes, oil changes, etc… that’s all that you need to worry about. Routine maintenance items. This is why it is the most favored SUV by the UN for deployment in remote regions.

The Lexus LX 570 is the same car built for comfort. This is because U.S. consumers spend a lot more money on cushy, fancy pickup trucks than on bare-bones work trucks.

In summary, The LX570 is the “luxury” Land Cruiser in the US

I think we all watched the video I posted. And we heard this argument on the video. And we heard (which for some reason you missed to report on) why it’s a bad mistake from Toyota.

It’s preposterous to buy a Landcruiser for city driving, no matter which city.
