Toilet Business. Ni Kubaya Wadau

In my many commutes i’ve noticed that sh!t is money these days even in small towns.

Years ago toilets in small towns were NEVER locked, FFW to today and everyone is charging Ksh 10 to use the toilet, it also makes sense since paid for toilets are cleaner than FREE toilets.

the guys managing highway roadwise toilets are minting millions daily

:D:D:D

How scale this business from turnover of a 1M per month to 100M? Unless you infect the town with cholera and typhoid

Penda sana hii riba ya kusafisha meffi. Strangely lucrative

Mefffi ni expe.
Come to think of it Kanjo toilets are run by dangerous kartels ambao ukieza cross line yao they turn you into a toast without batting an eyelid.

Kartels also run parking lots.

Shit business is real. But they do good work since you are always assured of relieving yourself in a clean place just for a cost of ten shillings

What’s the rough gross figure for all toilets in Nairobi per day?
Could it be 3M Ksh And a Net of Ksh 2M after all expenses? Rent, salaries, chemicals , water.

Biashara ya Mavi :meffi::meffi: ina pesa Sana.

Basic mathematics za kama ile Choo iko hapo Accra Road ama pale karibu Jack & Jill

Ksh 10 x 3000 males = Ksh 30,000
Ksh 10 x 3000 females = Ksh 30,000
Total Ksh 60,000 per day.

[B]They need to install a HIKVISION Laser device with counting software jioni wanapata exact figure

But si this business is only for the government…
