This house in Nakuru is being sold for 60 million shillings .Angalia ukasirike

This house is so ugly. I glanced at the price thinking it was 6 million Ksh and even that seemed to much for an ugly house on a ka plot in Nakuru…but 60 million Ksh??? That seems like robbery.

Lol! What a HIGHLY overrated piece of concrete jungle. The finishing is also very ugly and gawdy looking. To make matters even worse, it’s located in the dust-bowl of Nakuru? Are these developers out of their minds?

Haha.

I can smell the vumbi na jasho just from looking at the house. Seriously alafu there is no zoning. I don’t understand why that house is surrounded by apartments and other random kibandas. Kenya needs zoning laws so bad.

People got jokes!:p:p:p:p:p

Mimi huwa si-hate. Wacha wajinga waendelee kukamuliwa. As long as its not my money, I really don’t care hata wakiuza choo 1 billion. This only proves that Kenya has a lot of fools with money to rip off.

In Kenya land and property is highly overrated, owing to the rampant corruption.

Kweni is Nakuru that rough?

I thought Kenyan smaller towns (i.e. Nakuru, Machakos, Malindi) were known to be safer? Why are there metal bars in the windows? You’d have to go out of your way in American inner cities to find homes in the projects/ghetto stateside that have metal bars…It would be the equivalent to our Kibera. You’d never find metal bars here in an outskirt equivalent such as Nakuru. To me, if I see a metal bar, I just think the neighborhood is automatically ghetto…but mind you in Kenya we have metal bars on windows ata Karen na Muthaiga so we operate on a different standard.

American citizens are armed to the teeth. Thugs would think twice b4 breaking in if they knew the owners are armed. Nowhere is safe in this country. Metal bars are a necessity.

It looks like it’s on a 40*80 plot. Jesus

Did you see the kitchen… Forget about the finishing. It can’t even fit a fridge

If someone was to save 100k per month, 60 million is the equivalent of 50 years worth of savings. smh

Watu waheshimu pesa.

New rich hujenga nyumba in a funny way, such a house needs at least an acre na greenery ya kutosha.Milimani or south lake is ideal for a mbillionaire in nakuru county

PEnye wakikuyu hapakosi wezi

Is that a Living Room or a penitentiary ?.

That house with it’s numerous metal grills is so Bland. It looks more like the Set of Prison Break.

na imejengwa kando ya ghorofo. So zero privacy

Milimani can rival any upmarket estate in Nairobi. I don’t think this house is in that leafy suburb.

Ugly ugly ugly… grills kila mahali, inakaa jela. Heri angetafuta 2 acres ajengee kitu safi

This is a house in that Milimani you’re talking of…scroll down to see how much it costs.
