Yes it is. But it doesn’t come cheap and it is 100 times harder if there is wide media coverage on the case. It is your lawyers (not you), who will facilitate the bribes. Choose your lawyers wisely (connected ones) and if your case isn’t public and your pockets are deep enough, you will walk.
