How do i stop cravings for these fckers.I have been told I have eaten enough already.I need to cut’em save for the brown millet ugali.
Even if i work out sipunguzi drastically.
Note that i am not a chips and all those fast food stuffs.
The starches i am talking about ni chapatis,ugali ya white,rice.
Help.pls help

Just maintain the foods but switch to healthy options. Huwa napikiwa chapo ya ngano na unga ya terere na bado ni tamu. Ugali umesema. But rice huna bahati unless you get wild rice(ile ya black).

Don’t be cheated by stupid people. You can’t totally phase out carbohydrates from your diet. You need them since they provide energy to the body especially if you are working. What you can do is to reduce the size of carbs in your plate per meal and substitute them with vegetables and proteins.

i only eat beans and vegetables. and meat. no sugar.

Proteins provide slower and longer lasting energy than carbs. they are better.
