The cop blocked the chain but the tip of the shain swung into the cops eye. It is just that cops do not readily accept having been injured by a criminal. Makes them look weak and vulnerable, so they will chalk it down to, “attempted to assault an officer with a dogchain”, or “resisted arrest”

This is very funny. I think nobody should be forced to wear masks because the infections can not be prevented by the mask. This should only happen in a state where wearing of masks is constitutional. Though not everybody is comfortable to put on a mask. Some dont like putting on the mask due to the health problems, but such people are normally adviced to stayu at home because they are prone to the corona virus. The polce didnt reason maturely when he was doing such a thing. It is very sad to get such news at the moment where the nations are facing challenges of life. Again I dont understand why the mother was also arrested.
