The first time i came across these things i thought i had cancer buana. Could be jogging and then suddenly feel something stuck on the throat.When i cough and spit it out i see a creamish rubbery ugly thing,no smell though.Mine dissappeared after i stopped drinking guiness. Guiness has a way of sticking in your mouth even after brushing before you sleep.I presume that why they still appeared despite trying to follow good oral hygiene practices.
