What makes you grow fatter is not fat…its carbs and lack of exercise. If you eat lots of carbs and sit on the chair the whole day you will grow fatter and fatter everyday. Fats are actually recommended to be eaten as they are high in energy levels

Vety true. Two years of eating fat almost exclusively, after ditching carbs and sugar, and I can’t complain. That is healthy fats.
