Wadau, I have htc 0ne x9[SIZE=1](ya peasants). [/SIZE][SIZE=4]So the last one week, the sim tool kit has been way too slow. Mpesa transactions originating from my end e.g withdrawal, sending money, lipa na mpesa, etc have proved to be hell. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=4]All other apps are perfectly OK. The phone doesn’t freeze. Has any one experienced such and how did you sort it out[/SIZE][SIZE=1](usiniambie ninunue simu bado napambana na 8% VAT).[/SIZE]

The phone is 1 year & 2 months. So its not that old.

Seems to be a problem most mediatek powered phones experience. A reboot helps sometimes

But most of the time it doesnt. Ushawahi kaa Mpesa mpaka uka kaa fala…:frowning:

When I had that problem I used to wait for a while before the stk initialized but one time it failed completely. I left mediatek on that day. Till now I’ve never had problems with snapdragon or kirin devices

Download mysafaricom app na utakuwa sorted.

Remove mem card and sim card then re-insert without booting.

Stk should work.

Update google playstore. Infact Xender yoirself from.a fon that has updated the app

I have that app. Apparently, hiyo pia ina shida.

had HTC OneX many moons ago. shock on me kudiscover haina SIM toolkit so no mpesa. nikarudi my lane

Kuna zile watu hununua straight from Verizon. Typical American phone yenye haitambui mambo na MPESA. Before Mysafaricom app, one had to use 3rd party sim toolkit apps to access mpesa.
