Long Rant
I clearly don’t understand why the gov insists on recruiting D- in the police force.Imagine for a second,you are employing someone who didn’t take his education seriously to have monopoly of violence.
Yesterday I encountered a deranged OCS in one of the police station.I clearly see why these guys commit suicide.They have unstable minds,and have serious pychological issues.When faced with a situation that requires reasoning and use of logic, they retreat to primal instinct.
One of my cousins was arrested to what was clearly a civil case, purchase of property which didn’t materialize.Due to vendetta from the buyer,she convinced the cops to arrest him na charges za Obtaining money by false pretense na akalala ndani from Friday.

Dealing with a Kenyan cop is like talking to a retard ! it’s like most left the little brains they had at the Kiganjo gate , I had the misfortune of trying to explain an online crime to one of this creatures , this one looked like a hippo, all he did during the talk is pick his nose and flick those projectiles ! Imagine trying to explain paypal and credit card fraud to someone who probably doesn’t even have an email, the only question he asked is " na hii duka ya paypal iko wapi town"
Lakini hakuna karao fala hivo. Ni vile saa nyengine hao ujifanya mafala ili wakusome akili (na later wakutoanishe doo). But most of these cops are actually fairly intelligent fellows. Anyone who manages to get a D+ in those village harambee secondary schools is not to be taken lightly. And mark you, D+ is only the minimum. Many have C-, C and even C+. Most modern OCSs have at least diploma or bachelors. A few have masters. So hao ujifanya mafala deliberately. If they are dealing with elite clients or senior government offices, they suddenly become intelligent again.
That is largely due to corruption and poor work ethic. Not ineptitude – though of course I am not saying that they are 100% competent. Then remember many of them get into intense substance abuse – alcohol, extreme miraa etc. with time, these can blunt an originally sharp mind.

Thats like 6 years ago…have never seen the ocs again…despite afew cases za kusikitisha hapo kijijini…kazi yao nikula hongo kwa station.
No this one had room temp IQ ! even when talking to his juniors you could tell there is nothing much in his cranium, such cops are good for small local crimes and disputes !
