Mr Ndegwa should make his people understand it’s not a favour to give paid services. Customers can shift because of such constant annoyances.

You don’t understand. CAK said through Mr. Chiloba they don’t require your photo if they have your ID details. It’s ridiculous to keep bombarding people who have already given you their ID information with threats of disconnecting them, yet they give you their money daily. People aren’t slaves. FYI, directives that are oppressive should be questioned too.
