No other country comes remotely close to doing what this organisation does. With western nuclear energy, clients have to sign separate, expensive contracts for different aspects of the installation. ROSATOM does everything: from designing, financing, building, and managing nuclear plants to processing spent nuclear fuel and decommissioning obsolete units. This is why the hormonal Europeans have so far failed to sanction it. Countries like Hungary have made it clear they won’t entertain any discussions about sanctioning ROSATOM.

I have a Russian classmate and she praised Putin alot. That was before the Ukraine nonsense. They are doing well but not there yet in terms of human development. Otherwise they are still impressive.
