There is a five roomed mabati-walled house I plan to renovate. The floor is cemented.
I would have loved to build a stonewalled house but currently can barely afford it as it would cost about 300k.
I am considering renovating by replacing the current corrugated ironsheet wall with the ‘hard’ mabati. Then I will install grass windows and a bathroom inside. (Currently no bathroom and windows are wooden).
Those in the know, pls guide on heavy duty/gauge mabati that can serve that purpose. How much do they cost? What should I look out for if I embark on that route?

Stonewall house at 300k? Unless it’s one room with one grass:D window.
Again by the time you will be done renovating that 5 roomed mabati house, the total cost will be almost that 300k you don’t have if not more.
This is just for walling the house. The house already has cemented floor, roof, doors, electricity connected etc

As for your question, try to Google and find out the cost of materials that you need for work, I, unfortunately, cannot help you with this.
