Relocating a business

I would like to get input on the above, can a business that has ample walk in customers plus the loyal ones survive if location is changed. I have got a bigger space that can accommodate my inventory plus fits in my expansion strategy. But I have cold feet. Any person with experience… how was it locating to a new area and did it affect cash flow. I plan to move about 800meters down the block close to a road located near a corner.

Amua hasara and open the new location but maintain the current one for like 2 to 3 months ukizoesha customers new lokeshen. Every time a customer walks in you tell them about the new space. Wale wa online na telephone unawadirect huko kwa mpya. At the end of that period shut down the current lokeshen, most of your customers watakua wamezoea.

Please bill him.
The is the best advise he will ever get.

Sound advice there.

This is worth its weight in gold.

Weka sign, we moved…go to corner building
Otherwise, @captain obvious amegonga point

open a new branch. branch ile original huwa haifungwi. kuku na vifaranga

Look at this is an opportunity for you to expand… Otherwise vile @captain obvious amenena.

Yes.People are so resistant to change.Unless you providing cheap , unique or high quality stuff , guys never follow you to your new premises and it will take time to regain your customers

That’s like from Kencom to railways. Few people will walk that distance if they can get what you’re selling closer

I was in the same predicament last year and I went with what @captain obvious amesema hapo juu. Then after the 3 months I realised naeza run zote so sasa ni branch mbili.

Hivyo ndio niliacha employment juu it was hectic handling both.

Naona unalearn vitu mob sana kwa cyber. Sound advice this is.
