Hi…I am looking for a bright young man who I can groom to be a Project Manager in my company. He should have experience in ERP Systems specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC or willing to learn on the job. Other traits I am looking for from the candidate is a young man aged between 25 - 35 years, degree in Computer Science/IT, able to exert himself over and above, be able to work till late nights (I am busiest past midnight), have a “Yes I can” mindset even when tasked with something totally new say for example we get a client who wants an app on react native something totally different from ERP systems he should say “Yes we can deliver” burn the midnight oil for 3 days and come up with a prototype…If you know of such a person who is willing to work under a Tier 1 operator tell them to send their CV to “[email protected]”.
