PLATEAU

I want to do 100 pushups in 2 minutes or less. So far I can only manage 90 consecutive pushups in just over 6 minutes on my best day, and 7-8 minutes on other days. I have been doing burpees almost on a daily basis for about 4 months now and though my conditioning has improved tremendously my time only improves by a few seconds at best from week to week, and I STILL get gassed around the 60 rep mark. The last 30 reps are a struggle. How can I break through this plateau?

Mix up your pushups. Close, wide, closed fist etc

Watch your resting time.
Squat as thrice as the pushups…the core plays an important role in your strength/endurance, hit them muscles as well.

Burpees ongeza variety pia… Try weighted burpees with dumbells, push up burpees, star burpees, pistol… Ziko nyingi… But weighted burpees is what will take you over your plateau.
