I even pity you guys who still follow the retired opposition. Rocking chairs who will keep their quickly diminishing supporters busy and true to “Mutahi Ngunyi” take them nowhere. From here on expect more fake news like imaginary eurobond to keep them relevant.

He knows very well the game is up and this is only a face saving manouvre.
Apart from his core Luo constituency, no other areas have the appetite for mass action, civil disobedience or whatever name they come up with.
Like Nyong’o said, the deaths and destruction of property are only taking place amongst his core supporters.

What is the worst that can happen? The Supreme Court ordering a retallying of the votes which will still show Raila lost? Or how does NASA envision this will play out? Coz the whole election cannot be cancelled because of a technicality?

This is face saving move. As late as Saturday, Orengo said court is not an option. What has changed in 3 days to make them change their position. They just want court to rule the obvious: that they lost. Then they will start blaming the court

Actually now they have only delayed it by 14 days and that’s their last move.

The opposition is doing every thing in haste and all their decisions varies from bad to worst.

One time crocodiles couldn’t get the animals to come to the river and become their meal. However one wise crocodile kept waiting for a monkey to lose its balance playing by the overgrown branches leaning towards the river. When one finally fell in, he didn’t eat him. He held him to dry and lit the tail. The monkey in haste ran into the forest instead of putting it out in the water. Wherever the monkey ran, the tail triggered a forest fire all over the forest. All animals ran to the river to save themselves and the crocodiles had a field day. The fire died down and the other animals survived. Since the opposition retired, they have have been running their mouth non-stop with haste burning themselves and all the support they got. The best thing right now is let them be, what’s left of them will move on like all other Kenyans who are busy at work.

Did they need two days to discuss whether to go to court?

A technicality is 0.001% of form 34A missing. But 7days after 10k forms NOT available…thats approx 6 million votes not verified. Jubilee better have a proper defence team in place

They had a meeting whole day yesterday and today. They said they were discussing complex issues

Well if you have read the elections act 2016 you should know that it was “mandatory” that form 34A go to bomas together with the tallyed numbers otherwise the election is deemed not credible. upto now there is 10k forms and from just that legal position, election was not credible…But am no judge and maranga has to make a decision
