Actually now they have only delayed it by 14 days and that's their last move.

Well if you have read the elections act 2016 you should know that it was "mandatory" that form 34A go to bomas together with the tallyed numbers otherwise the election is deemed not credible. upto now there is 10k forms and from just that legal position, election was not credible..But am no judge and maranga has to make a decision
