Omanyala chases world best in 100m. Is putting Kenya on the map.

He’s behind Bromell who is worlds fastest this year. This guy is soaring to heights. And he beats Olympic gold winner Gatlin.

Sasa tuone Ka atakimbiza ama kukimbizwa na pesa na wasichana! Hope he gets himself a good life coach and mentor!

That speed from 30m is Usain Bolt like. He really needs to work on his start and he will become come the best in the world. Amazingly he just broke the 10s barrier two months ago. I even put a thread on it. The field is open. He is now Africa’s best sprinter, ever. I hope pombe na malaya zisi muangushe.

Black athletes are known to be very dumb with their money. Akipata pesa do not expect anything different.

Omanyala is eighth fastest man over 100m in history with his 9.77s.

Bangi ya wanga umevuta bila kutoa mbegu?

Pnu ni extreme sport ie.piga nyonga ua.

Good advice. It’s the waterloo of every upward mobile man.

Slow starts sometimes is the catalyst for a successful finish. The athlete notices they’ve “messed up” at the start then the adrenaline kicks in and they shift the gear up

Not really. It’s way more complicated than that. Technically speaking Omanyala did not have a slow start. I will correct myself on this one. There are athletes who start “slower” than others. It’s a product of their nature and training. Physique also comes into play. Taller runners usually have a slower start than shorter ones ( think of who’s on the ground quicker on the first 6-7 strides). I don’t know if you know Carl Lewis, he was technically not very quick off the blocks, but was the best in the world. In yesterday’s race, Gatlin is usually very fast off the blocks.
Either you start faster and maintain the last 30m or you start slower and hope to gain between 30-60m. It takes years of training to alter.
