I have no idea. But I read his opinion on the daily nation jana tu

Poleni sana talkers. This was a real mzito. Lakini, kila mtu njia ni hiyo tu. Whatever eats you is irrelevant.

Africans dont speak ill of the dead but he was one of the guys who drafted this constitution that has become a burden to kenyans.

It has several avenues of eating.

So sad. I remember him playing a role in the making of the current Constitution that conman and drunkard are out to butcher now. May his soul rest in eternal peace

Several avenues of responsibility, if the individuals chose to eat the fault is with the individuals not the document

Created positions which are of no help to kenyans.e.g each county has useless ministerial positions eg minister for culture and heritage with office car and staff! For what??? Wa kwetu ile kazi amewahi fanya is supervising cutting of mugumo tree! .how do county govt benefit kenyans who are not in their payroll and tenders? Taxations???/answer me too

RIP Nzamba Kitonga. I was once a guest of the state together with him overnight at Muthangari thanks to alcoblow.

I am conflicted whether yours is a case theoretical or cognitive distortion. You see son, life isn’t black and white.

corona inamalisa wazae banae

It created units that are net consumers (counties). Most counties cannot pay their wage bill without the remittance form the national government. Useless commission that serves to ensure his fellow lawyers are always employed.

Don’t expect most Kenyans to understand you. Why are Vihiga, Siaya, Busia, Nyamira, Migori et al counties with the attendant bureaucracy and tumbocracy while they produce so little to justify their existence? It is not like they were marginalised in the first place to justify devolution.
If Kenya were a business, they would simply be loss making units with no positive outlook for the future.
