What is going on at NTSA, with respect to issuance of new logbooks? I got a car in August and still yet to get my logbook. Someone likes the car and am willing to sell it, but he cant take it without the logbook. I wonder how motor sales businesses are navigating through this incompetence.
The lost car transfer fees and taxes due to this incompetence must be in hundreds of millions, if not billions. KDF needs to take over and straighten things up.
