Nokia has come a long way since morphing into HMD global. Their screens, batteries and cameras have greatly improved the only handicap is locked bootloaders especially on Android One flagships.
Oppo on the other hand have nice high-end phones. Their cameras are much better although their greatest weakness is battery life.
Overall Nokias have a solid build and some have full metallic bodies. Oppo is mostly plastic
I would rank battery life higher than internal memory capacity. Internal memory is highly priced thus I would prefer to pop in an SD card and manage data hoarding.
Back to the topic, Nokia one-ups (parent company makes OnePlus :D) Oppo with bloat-free stock Android, regular security and OS upgrades (Samsung- SMDH) and pricing.
PS: Files app by Google advises and clears junk files and duplicates). Backing important data to the cloud or offline storage ensures you always have enough space left on device.
