Wow, I had never heard of it before. Interesting how we are just sitting on hidden gems all around us.

you walk past those gems in other men trousers everyday gaylord

Maintained by British.

Where are graves of Kenyan hero’s? We bury them in our farms to be forever forgotten

I was wondering mbona picha zinaonesha a disproportionately large number of wazungus.

we dont have heroes

Talk of ur shit hole country Somali marangoli mli @Bomb everything

if the Government honoured Kenyans who fought for Kenya, they would be encouraging others to continue fighting for our rights… so that will never happen… we are ruled by the colonial collaborators and their children…

Kenyans mnataka aje? You are treated as pigs while alive, na mnataka your dead wakue treated vizuri? Aje sasa?

Ata ivo izi maneno tutazinyorosha vizuri after 2022 after Arror kutake over, Donald Trump style

On the issue the dignified burial of white WW2 dead Vs the funny funny burial of .ke independence struggle hero’s, we have none but ourselves to blame.

Next…

not one…

All those sports, entertainment, literature etc heroes? As for political heroes, did you know that Malcolm X looked up to our very own Pia Gama Pinto and took inspiration from African movements. We’ve really let ourselves down in subsequent years. And Kenyatta Senior got rid of many of our bright lights. And that’s the politics Daniel Moi had to perpetuate after his 1982 scare. So for nearly half a century, there was no room for our bright lights to shine. We had a chance for a fresh start in 2002 and Kenya was then the most optimistic country in the world. We stuttered in 2007 but still had a chance before absolutely dropping the ball again in 2013. There’s no hope in the horizon, maybe until 2027.

I agree with you… but 2027 is too early may be 2122… Unless there is war before then

All those you’ve mentioned served their ego and self interests… some were forest thieves … this country does not have heroes, yet

correction , they did not die fighting for Kenya
they died fighting for the British in the 2nd European tribal war
FYI
The Nairobi war cemetery is a Monument erected as a memorial for those who died during the war
no real bodies are buried

self hating c*nt

My grandfather was lucky to escape the draft due to some health complications ozawise singekua hapa. He most certainly would have died in Burma.
Najua our men battled bravely, like the late Barngetuny was a decorated war hero thats why Moi gave him max respect.

Wonder How many Kenyans died fighting for slimy Britain

It was official policy not to keep track of number of nyeuthi deaths at the time.
So we will never know.
