Huge capital on regional roads then instead of charging tolls they opt for fuel levies, majority of the country does not enjoy the roads they pay for

We used to even alight vehicles and walk especially when they were stuck in mud. There is day we walked over 5 km hapo delamere coz the vehicle couldn't make it with passenger weight. The road was really bad and with pounding rains it was impassable.
