That gadget for loading tokens n checking how many electricity tokens are remaining isn’t showing anything, u cannot even load tokens,anyone who knows what the problem is tafadhali saidia

I dont think there is any. I had a similar problem and the only option was to wait for a new device from KPLC.

At times those wires from the controller unit become loose. Jamaa yeyote was wiring can check if they are loose. If not, then imechapa.

So I have I to take it to Kenya Power offices,do I pay for a new one ama am just given one
