Mechanic haniongeleshi Sasa

Kuna this garage I usually take my bike … Previously I used to give the job to an old mzee there … He would do funny job …I remember kunikazia nyororo after few days ishaanza kutoka, time ingine akanifungia rings wacha bike iwe na kelele… Nikairudisha kwa bahati mzuri hakuwa Ni mwenye garage a hard-working young guy … He undid the engine and corrected the issue… From then nikapata yule mzee I great him but simpei kazi… Sasa Jana nikaenda kuchange oil I realise he didn’t even bother respond to my greatings na angenibadilishia oil , coz I realised labda niwe nampea easy tasks …nigga alinifuria Kama mandazi …m left wondering Sasa ukifanya kazi mathogothanio upewe zawadi…did you know bad attitude at place of work scares customers away … A customer feelings also count

I would have told him the first time that he did not do a good job.

Always give feedback when paying for goods or services. A customer complaint is really just saying you can improve in a particular aspect.

[li]I wouldn’t care that he doesn’t want to talk to me. [/li][li]As Chinja has indicated, always complement good service/job or point out whenever service is below par. Such feedback can help him improve or be able to meet your expectations[/li][/ol]
