Two things: if this is a 2013 or older Ferrari then u can’t register it in Kenya, but u can import it to tz/ug/ssd and register it there.
If the cost of buying it and shipping to Mombasa is say 15m, then the other costs of tax, clearance, and registration in Ke will amount to almost another 15m. Its like you buy a Ferrari then u have to buy the gov another Ferrari. The tax in the other EAC states is not that high
