The workout is just great, and she looks awesome! However, I don’t think that she has got this body only due to these exercises. For instance, I’ve been going to the gym for almost 5 years and I don’t have such trained glutes. I admit that we’re different from the physiological point of view, but she certainly has a secret. However, in order to keep in shape you have to have a balanced diet and to keep up your training schedule. Also, I use some really nice programs on my treadmill https://calibrate.fitness/nordictrack-commercial-1750-review/ , which last only 30-40 minutes but are extremely effective. Have anyone of you tried them?
